Cynthia R. Vullo was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in
1986. Her practice has focused on employment law and
litigation, with litigation including employment, commercial,
construction and civil rights litigation and the handling of
appeals in both state and federal courts. Ms. Vullo has
practiced before the Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas, the
Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts, various
federal District Courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the
American Arbitration Association, the National Labor Relations
Board, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal
