James F. Mangan's practice focuses on commercial
transactions including, banking law, business law, land use and
commercial real estate law. Mr. Mangan represents a number of
national and state banks in various capacities, numerous real
estate developers, municipalities, small to medium size
corporations and other business entities. He has negotiated
and drafted numerous asset purchase agreements, commercial leases,
condominium documentation, stock purchase agreements, forbearance
agreements, commercial loan documentation, operating agreements,
