Scott C. Gartley was admitted to practice law in
Pennsylvania in 1989. He is also currently an Assistant
District Attorney for Luzerne County. Mr. Gartley's practice
has included various areas of litigation, including labor, mortgage
foreclosures, civil, criminal, commercial, construction, worker's
compensation and unemployment compensation. In addition, he
regularly handles appellate work in both state and federal
courts. He has practiced before the Pennsylvania Courts of
Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania
Commonwealth Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Federal District
Courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the American
